Complete the X-Matrix Practice Activity Complete the Level 1: Strategy X-Matrix Following is a summary of stages in a SDP Work Session. Objectives, improvements, owners and targets identified in the session should be recorded on the Level 1: Strategy X-Matrix and manipulated based on the output of the vetting process. Access an X-Matrix and complete it based on the information provided. For a reminder of how to complete each step, refer to the Scribe’s X-Matrix Quick Reference or the Complete the X-Matrix Self-Guided Training. Step Action 1 The SDP Facilitator has asked you to prepare the X-Matrix for the upcoming SDP Work Session. Following are the names of the Team Members: Amy Leslie Dennis Todd Kelly Rebecca Shelly Stacey 2 During the SDP Work Session, the first breakout group reports out the following 5 year critical few objectives. Decrease costs on the Model H2008 product line by 60%. Improve OTTR to 93%. 3 The second breakout group reports out the following 5 year critical few objectives. Improve inventory turns to 30. Decrease costs by 40%. 4 As a result of the vetting process, the Team Members agree on the following 5 year critical few objectives: Improve inventory turns to 30. Decrease overall costs by 50%.
