欧特克软件有限公司2013暑期实习招聘 网申 04月19日 -05月19日 笔试 面试 结束 1.Legal Intern – Beijing职位描述： Duration: 4-5monthes (from Mid-May to End-Sep, 2013) Job Description: The intern will provide the legal/admin support to Autodesk China Legal team in below areas: ?Provide initial reviews and comments on low risk agreements/contracts as assigned from time to time; ?Provide English and Chinese translation of legal documents and/or reviews the translations by outside firms; ?Provide administrative support to China Legal team, including but may not limited to scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries, etc. ?Provide assistant in legal research, as assigned by Legal Counsel; ?Other projects/tasks as may be assigned by Legal Counsel from time to time; ?Creates and maintains office files, records, work logs and any other information in relation to the work; Qualification: ?Graduate student, grade two or three is preferred; ?excellent communication and organizational skills; ?Proficiency in both English and Chinese; ?Prior legal professional or administrative experience is a plus.
