That’s a long story. 她是怎样与那个相貌丑陋的男人坠入爱河的？那可就说来话长了。 story还可构成以下常用词组： （1）tell a story “讲故事” eg. The old woman is telling a story of Snow While and the Seven Dwarfs to the children. 这个老奶奶正在给孩子们讲《白雪公主和七个小矮人》的故事。 （2）that’s another story “那是另外一回事” And then there is a question of what happened to her afterwards. But that’s another story.
