大连工业大学艺术与信息工程学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：辽宁龙源集团发展战略研究 设计（论文）完成日期 2013 年月日 06 月 08 日 摘 要 90年代后期，我国高校内部管理体制改革全面推行，后勤改革也不断走向深入，实现了后勤实体与学校行政管理分离，实行完全的企业化经营管理。近些年来，高校后勤已经成为高等教育事业不可或缺的重要组成部分,为解决我国高等教育迅速发展做出了巨大贡献。辽宁龙源集团作为中国教育后勤领域最具实力和影响力之一的企业，具备了为合作院校提供全业态综合后勤服务保障的能力，但在迅速发展的同时，其发展战略却存在着一些问题与不足。 因此，本课题在企业发展战略理论的指导下，采用发展战略的分析方法，对辽宁龙源集团的环境进行了分析，找出了发展战略中存在的问题与不足。首先，集团缺乏长远的战略规划；其次，集团还没有打造出强大的品牌；再次，集团缺乏有效的企业文化管理战略；最后，集团的人力资源管理工作滞后于集团发展的步伐。进而，制定了有效的发展战略。 关键词：高校后勤；辽宁龙源集团；发展战略 ABSTRACT Late 1990s , along with Chinas university reform of the internal management system to fully implement , the logistics reform continue to go deeper, then realizing the logistics entities and the school administration stripping and full implementation of the enterprise operation and management . In recent years, the University Logistics has become an indispensable part of higher education career , made a great contribution to solve the development of China s higher education rapidly . As one of the most powerful and influential in the field of education logistical enterprise , Liaoning Longyuan Group has the ability to provide full format integrated logistics service guarantee for the partner universities.But in the rapid development at the same time, there are some problems and shortcomings in the development strategy. Therefore , The topic under the guidance of the theory of enterprise development strategies , through the analysis the environment of Liaoning Longyuan Group with the analysis method of development strategy , aims to identify the problems and shortcomings in the development strategy and furthermore.First of all, the lack of long-term strategic planning group; secondly, the group is not to create a strong brand; Again, the lack of effective corporate culture management strategies ; Finally , the Groups human resources management lags behind the pace of development of the Group .
