Cleaning and masking of pieces to be painted要喷漆部件的清洁和屏蔽 General Note: It is important that all of the pieces that come in contact with the oil are free of metal particles. (Grit blast ,weld spatters ,ECT..ECT)一般要求：所有要与油接触的部件都必须没有金属微粒，这一点很重要（这些金属微粒如喷砂，焊接飞溅等等） Plugs are to be used to protect the taped holes from the paint.可以用塞子来防止孔里面进油漆。 Turrets转塔 Clean the weld spatters with a small belt sander and air pressure. Make sure to do the inside of the pipes.用小的砂带磨光机和气压气流来清洁管子里面的焊接飞溅。 Conservator储油罐 Clean the welded joints with a small sander or similar tool.用小的磨沙机或类似的工具清洁焊接接头处 Make sure that all of the metal particles have been removed on the inside of the conservator using a vacuum用真空吸尘器确保储油罐内部的所有金属微粒都被清理掉 Clean the inside of the piping with air.用气压清除管子内部 Do the masking as per drawing按图所示做屏蔽 Use plugs for masking taped holes.用塞子屏蔽孔 C - Clean the weld spatters inside the pipes.清理管子内部的焊接飞溅 3 - Primer paint preparation底漆: Mix the primer in it’s original recipient for about 10 minutes. The goal is to make sure that all of the solids are well mixed.在底漆原装的容器里面对底漆进行混合，大约10分钟。目的是为了确保固体微粒都很好地混合。 Using 2 graduated recipients, measure the 4:1 ratio.用2个量筒，比率为4：1。(For example, pore 100ml of primer in one recipient and 25ml of catalyst in the other.比如，在一个量筒里面倒入100ml底漆，另一个量筒里面倒入25ml催化剂) Mix together the two components and keep agitated at slow speed during the painting process.将两种成分混合，并且在喷漆过程中也要慢慢搅拌。 A- Method of application喷漆方法 Apply thickness as per drawing.
