关于人体体温决定因素及其恒定因素的研究 作 者 姓 名： 刘凯华、赵曜楠、吴长龙、刘中汉、张骞、陈宇 学 院： 东北大学中荷生物医学与信息工程学院 组 名： DCL第一组 指 导 教 师： 于燕燕 东 北 大 学 2010年6月  Research about the body temperature decision factors and constant factor By Liukaihua、Zhaoyaonan、Wuchanglong、Liuzhonghan、ZhangQian、ChenYu Supervisor: Teacher Yuyanyan Northeastern University June 2010  关于人体体温决定因素及其恒定因素的研究 摘 要 众所周知，人是恒温动物，并且恒定在37度左右，这已经成为了常识。近年来随着生物医学技术的不断发展，人们对体温的研究也逐步加深，基于体温的决定因素和恒定因素的研究逐渐成为近年来研究的焦点课题之一，研究学者通过大量实验证明，恒温动物维持体温恒定的机能是在进行过程中产生的。 通过查阅众多相关文献和进行大量实验，本小组发现酶的最适温度也是37度，和人体体温相似，是不是酶就是人体体温的决定因素呢？对此我们进行了验证的实验。关于人体体温恒定的秘密，其实就是简单的加减法，在人体因为外界寒冷等原因体温降低时，人体通过肌肉战栗等措施产热来维持体温恒定；在人体因为运动等原因体温升高时，人体通过出汗等方式散热来维持体温恒定，也就是说，人体是通过产热散热的调节来维持体温的恒定。我们希望通过这次研究得出人体的恒定温度，并研究出决定人体温度及保持此恒定温度的因素。 关键词：体温；调节机制；酶；加与减；产热散热。 About the body temperature decision factors and constant factor Abstract As is known to all, human being’s body temperature is a constant, it has become a common sense that people’s temperature is around 37 degrees.
