2.3 Equipment installation In initial construction, project department should learn more about the design of the perform holes for hoisting equipment ,reserve suitable position,if necessary, know more about the wight of single piece of equipment, the overall dimension of the equipment and the situation of equipments which have special requirements. Draw up a reasonable plan of hoisting equipment and installation position. For the very sophisticated equipments which have complicated structure,greater height and wight, project department can make an individual plan, implement the plan after it has been approved by the relevant units. 1. The firm support is needed in the carrying and hoisting construction of equipment，the positon of main force bearing point should be higher than the center of gravity of equipment to prevent the oblique. To prevent the damage,soft material should used in the contact surfaces of equipment and slings. 2. Before the installation of equipment,equipment manual should be read carefully. Pay more attention to the base coordinate, elevation and the position of threaded hole to ensure quality. 3. During the installation of equipment, make sure the leveling and alignment of equipment, and the equipment should be connected with basis or other buildings. 2.4 Cleaning and pressure test of equipment 1. For the whole of equipment,debris and grease of surface should be cleaned up，make necessary adjustments for rotational parts. For the static equipment, surface of equipment should be swept to meet the standards of cleanliness. 2. Pressure test: The testing of equipment’s pressure and the using of medium should meet the requirement of design or equipment specification. If it is necessary , related personnel should do the test with staffs of supplier.If there are no special requirements, the operation should meet the requirement of code for construction and acceptance. Before the test, requirements should be examined carefully, geting every fastenin
