摘 要 随着科学技术的飞速发展，现代化教育手段广泛使用，教学测试方法不断改进，传统的试题管理模式和手工出卷模式将逐步被计算机代替，于是产生了一种新的试题管理模式。因此，需要设计和开发一个通用试题库管理系统来满足现代教育的需求。试题库系统主要实现对各学科的试题进行统一管理并实现自动、半自动和手工组卷等功能，包括专业管理、课程管理、章节管理、试题管理、试卷管理、公告管理和在线留言等模块。采用B/S(Browser/Server)模式设计；应用MVC(Model-View-Control)模式设计系统结构，通过Struts框架来实现，使系统具有更好的安全性和可扩展性；使用Microsoft SQL Server 2000作为数据库以保证能够存放大量的数据。系统的实现将有效提高各科试题的管理效率以及提高出卷的质量，减轻各科教师出卷的压力。 关键词: 试题库，MVC，B/S，Struts  Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology, widespread use of modern means of education, teaching the test method of continuous improvement, the traditional management model questions and hand out the volume model will gradually be replaced by a computer. The traditional problems of volume, taking into account the modern Internet world of information and computer hardware configuration of each passing day, we need to design and develop a common test library management system to meet the needs of modern education. The system is mainly to achieve unified management of all subjects and questions of automatic test paper, semi-automatic and manual test paper groups, including professional management, curriculum management, section management, test management, paper management, announcements, and online message management capabilities. System uses the B / S (Browser / Server) mode designed ; the system has better security and scalability; use Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database to ensure that store large amounts of data. System implementation will improve the management efficiency of the questions and subjects to improve the quality of the rolling, all the teachers out to reduce the volume of the pressure.
