摘 要 WCDMA是第三代移动通信系统的主要标准之一，与GSM相比WCDMA在频率利用和承载速率上都有了质的飞跃，能够为用户带来丰富多彩的多媒体业务。然而，3G引入后，在无线网络规划上也与2G有了明显的不同，如何进行3G的无线网络规划，是移动运营商首先面临的主要任务之一。规划WCDMA的目标是满足必需的系统覆盖和提供足够高的系统容量。在WCDMA移动通信系统中，需要调整的参数数量(主要为无线参数)比固定通信系统多得多。话务量、传播条件、用户移动性、业务等不断的变化对网络中各个小区会产生各自特有的运营特性。因此WCDMA网络运营商为了确定各项参数新的最佳值，必须不断地监视网络和对网络中的这些变化有所反应。可以调整诸如寻呼、切换、功率控制、无线资源管理立即位置更新算法等相关的那些参数，使无线资源的使用最优化。论文首先介绍了无线规划的理论知识，然后重点讨论了WCDMA系统的小区规划，阐述系统的容量和覆盖范围，最后对WCDMA系统的干扰情况进行了分析。 关键字：无线网络，WCDMA，小区规划，系统干扰  Abstract WCDMA is one of the main standards of the third generation mobile communication system, compared with GSM WCDMA has been a qualitative leap in frequency utilization and load rate, can bring rich and colorful multimedia services to the users. However, after the introduction of 3G, in the wireless network planning and 2G also have a significantly different, wireless network planning how to carry out 3G, is one of the major tasks facing the first mobile operators. Planning WCDMA goal is to meet the necessary system coverage and system capacity is high enough. In WCDMA mobile communication systems, the number of parameters need to be adjusted ( mainly for wireless parameters ) is much larger than that of fixed communication system. Changes in traffic, communication conditions, user mobility, business continuously produces operating characteristics unique to each cell network. So WCDMA network operators in order to determine the optimal value of new parameters, continuously monitors the network and react to these changes in the network must be. Can be adjusted such as paging, switch, power control, radio resource management immediately location update algorithm of those parameters, the radio resource usage optimization. This paper first introduces the theoretical knowledge of wireless planning, and then discusses the WCDMA system of residential planning, the system capacity and coverage, the interference of WCDMA system is analyzed.
