专业文献综述 课程报告 物流配送企业提升核心竞争力探讨综述 摘 要 由于全球经济一体化的加速，企业经营环境变得日趋复杂和不确定，竞争烈生产企业和商业企业为了在市场中立于不败之地，往往都会将主要精力集中到自己的核心业务上，培养核心竞争力，将物流等辅助业务外包，这为我国物流企业发展带来契机。文章从物流配送市场发展现状入手，分析了流配送企业核心竞争力的内涵和特征,提出了物流配送企业提升企业核心竞争力的策略。ABSTRACT  Due to the acceleration of global economic integration, business environment has become increasingly complex and uncertain, competition, strong manufacturing enterprises and commercial enterprises in order to remain invincible in the market often will be will mainly concentrate on their core business, culture core competencies, will be supporting logistics outsourcing, which is a good opportunity for Chinas logistics business development. Articles from the present situation of market development, logistics and distribution, analysis of the logistics enterprises core competitiveness of the contents and characteristics of proposed logistics enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises strategy. In Western countries, a highly sophisticated logistics sector has become an important economic growth point for the development of Chinas logistics industry with the world than in developed countries, there are still a big gap. In the new economic conditions, only the right to identify and grasp the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to enable enterprises of logistics resource integration more effective.  In the core competitiveness against the background circumstances, for a relatively new industry, whether it is from a theoretical or practical experience in exploration, are at an early stage, intense competition in the logistics enterprises have required more effective than the competition in production and business activities and address the difficulties of capacity; require logistics enterprises must establish their opponents can not match the unique competitive advantage; require fundamental logistics enterprises to reconsider their competitive strategy.
