HUNAN UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 学生姓名： 学生考籍号： 专 业： 金融管理（自考本科） 指导老师： 2013年月日  论文我国中小企业融资难问题探讨 摘要 改革开放以来，我国中小企业取得了长足发展，在经济发展和社会稳定中扮演着重要角色。随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善和世界经济一体化趋势的不断加强，中小企业面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。而资金是中小企业发展过程中不可或缺的生产要素，稳定的融资渠道是中小企业发展的重要前提条件，目前我国中小企业在发展过程中最突出的问题，就算资金的缺乏、融资渠道不畅。针对此，本文深入剖析了中小企业融资困难的成因，并针对中小企业融资存在的问题，研究提出了缓解中小企业融资难的解决措施。 关键词：中小企业 融资 成因分析 解决措施 Abstract Since reform and opening up,China has made considerable development of Small and Medium Enterprises in the economic development and social stability play an impotant role.With the constant improvement of China’s market economic system and the integration of the world economy growingtrend,it is facing umprecedented development opportunities and challenges.Capital is an indispensable factor of productin processes,and stable financing channels are an important precondition for the development of small and medium enterprises.The most prominent problem that small and medium enterprises in the development process faced is the scarcity of capital and the sluffish of financial channels.This paper analyzed in-depth the status and causes of the status and caues of small and medium enterprises financing,then combined the existent problems and put forward to some measures on easing financing diffculties.
