Experiments were carried out in the kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools and among preschool children, pupils and high school students, researching the potential germination and attenuation of innovation, the laws of the development of innovative ability and mental development and exploring some key issues in training innovation ability, such as content and form, approaches and methods. The project also constructed the innovation education mode and the mechanism of implementation. The research ranged from the construction of innovation curriculum system to the culture construction of innovative schools, greatly deepening the exploration of high school innovation education. The experience in cultivating the innovation ability of the youth and children in Zhangqiu No.4 High School has proved fast and effective and is of universal significance as well as worth popularizing. The Innovation research and achievements popularization mechanism and platform were established, which laid a solid foundation for Zhangqiu No.4
