A thesis submitted to University for the degree of Master Study on Strategy of Henan XG Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd By Supervisor: Master of Business Administration Bussiness School May 河南XG投资担保有限公司战略研究 摘 要 我国的担保行业在近几年取得了迅猛的发展，但由于我国担保行业的法律法规还不完善，使得担保公司尤其是民营担保公司的发展面临着许多不确定性，为了帮助民营担保公司在复杂的竞争环境中保持健康的发展，本文运用科学的方法对河南XG投资担保有限公司的战略进行了研究。 本文通过对担保行业的经营环境、公司的资源以及公司各项能力的分析，结合公司的内、外部因素评价矩阵，运用SWOT分析工具和战略选择工具制定了公司的总体发展战略：加大资源整合力度，争取资本的支持，重点培养和提高公司的核心竞争能力，即建立科学的风险控制系统、培养优秀的企业文化和全方位的顾客管理体系，进而扩大市场占有率，五年内把公司建设成为河南省民营担保公司中有较强影响力的通才型企业。 本文还在科学的风险控制理论基础上为公司制定了顾客凝聚计划、战略控制方案等，为公司的战略实施提供了有效保障。 关键词：民营担保公司 核心竞争力 增长战略 风险控制 顾客管理 Abstract Guarantee industry has a rapid development in China in recent years. But the development of the civil guarantee companies faced many uncertainties because that laws and regulations of Chinas security industry are not perfect. In order to help private security companies maintain a healthy development in this complicated and competitive environment, this paper studied the strategic of XG with the scientific method. After analyzing the environment in guarantee industry with the resource and ability of our company, I established an overall development strategy of the company by using SWOT, external factor evaluation matrix, internal factor evaluation matrix and strategy selection tool in this paper. Company’s development strategy is that XG should have a strong influence on company in civil guarantee companies in Henan province in the next five years through using the strategy of resource integration and capital support, improving company’s core competitive abilities and expanding market share. The risk control, customer management and the enterprise culture are the core competitive ability of XG. In order to help XG carrying out the strategy, this paper also established a strategic control scheme and a customer condensed plan for the company. Key Words: civil guarantee companies，core compet
