上市公司股权激励对公司绩效的影响——基于制造业2017届本科毕业设计(论文)工作手册上市公司股权激励对公司绩效的影响——基于制造业摘要：当今，由于我国股权激励相关法律的相继出台，资本市场发展极为迅速，而且在企业治理结构日渐完善下，股权激励作为一种有效的激励机制在企业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。股权激励不仅在理论领域还是实践领域内都备受关注，而且不少企业在人力资源管理中使用到了股权激励而且获得了相应地成功。但是股权激励在我国资本市场中仍旧属于一种新兴的公司治理方法和激励手段，而且国内股权激励的理论研究多是集中在股权激励与公司绩效关系研究层面，在研究影响股权激励实施效果上，多是集中于高层持股比例与公司绩效的关系上。全球化经济背景发展下，经济竞争异常激烈上市公司股权激励对公司绩效的影响是一个理论价值重大的研究课题，目前在学术理论家有很多关于公司股权激励对公司绩效影响的研究，主要集中在上市公司，但是股权激励属于西方舶来品，在国内推出的时间比较晚，国内的学者的研究仍旧处于探究阶段，实证研究表现出极大的共性特点。所以说，从某一行业入手深入分析研究上市公司股权激励对公司绩效的影响，将对公司绩效影响具体化，可以说此研究能够打破实证研究的多个样本研究，将样本具体到某一行业内使其研究结果更加合乎我国股权制度的激励。笔者在收集资料的基础上，具备了研究的可信性，为此以制造业为例子对上市公司股权激励是否对公司绩效有影响进行研究。关键词：上市公司；股权激励；公司绩效；制造业 Abstract: today, due to the releasing of equity incentive related laws in our country, the capital market development is very rapid, and under the increasingly perfect corporate governance structure, equity incentive as a kind of effective incentive mechanism in the development of enterprises play an increasingly important role.
