“个人金融与理财投资” 课程大作业 作业类型 结课论文 院（系） 专业 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期  家庭财富规划报告书 摘要 本报告书是针对本人的年收入20万的双职工小康家庭制定的。我父母亲已渐入中老年，还有10年便退休。我今年20岁，正在国内读大学。目前我的家庭存在教育子女和退休规划等资金支出。从对本人家庭的收入和现有的资金配置来看，本人家庭的收入水平较高，但是资金的投资渠道比较单一，有很大部分的资金没有得到合理的运用，并且在风险防范方面还存在着一定的欠缺。 针对以上的问题本报告书给出了建议，可以适当购买保险产品分散风险，增加一些较保守的理财产品，使资产在具有很大安全性的同时得到增值。除此之外还要完成购车（25万圆中档汽车）、积累扶老养老金和供我接受进一步教育的资金。 关键词：小康家庭，中老年，退休规划，子女教育，风险防范，购车计划。 The report of planning for household wealth Abstract This report is based on the condition of my common two-job family earned 200,000RMB each year. My parents are getting older whom need to work for ten years .I am 20 years old ,studying in the domestic university at now .The spending on the education and the retirement is the prior thing for my family .From the aspect of income and funds allocation of my family ,we can know that the we have a high income ,but lots of money has not been placed in the right place, also have some risks.
