毕业设计(论文) 锻压机上下料机械手的机械及PLC控制设计 The mechanical and control design of PLC manipulator under the forging press 学生姓名 学院名称 专业名称 指导教师 年 月 日  摘要 本文简要介绍了工业机器人的概念，机械手的组成和分类，机械手的自由度和坐标形式，液压技术的特点，PLC控制的特点及国内外的发展状况。 本文对锻压机上下料机械手进行总体方案设计，确定了机械手的坐标形式和自由度，确定了机械手的技术参数。同时，设计了机械手的夹持式手部结构，设计了机械手的手腕结构，计算出了手腕转动时需要的驱动力矩，设计了机械手的手臂结构，设计出了机械手的液压系统，绘制了机械手液压系统工作原理图，对液压系统工作原理图的参数化绘制进行了研究以及对该液压机械手用到的电机，轴承，传动轴等等标准件进行了选型计算，如此，大大提高了绘图效率和图纸质量，并对该液压机械手的前期工作做足了充分的准备。 本文利用可编程序控制器对机械手进行控制，选取了合适的PLC型号，根据机械手的工作流程制定了可编程序控制器的控制方案，画出了机械手的工作时序图，并绘制了可编程序控制器的控制程序。 关键词 工业机器人；锻压机上下料机械手；PLC ABSTRACT At first, the paper introduces the conception of the industrial robot and the eler. dary information of the development briefly .
