编号 论文 题目：  摘要 在国际分工不断深化，经济全球化的背景下，由于各国市场和资源等方面的要素禀赋差异，经济资源在全球范围内大规模的自由的流动和配置。经过30多年快速成长洗礼的中国制造业在此浪潮下亦不甘人后，扬帆起航。但是，国际经济金融危机后世界经济格局蕴藏着的深刻的变革力量却可能使中国的制造型跨国公司“走出去”风险重重。一方面，低人力成本的国家，如东南亚的部分国家，正在利用本国的人力成本优势，逐步蚕食着“制造业”这份蛋糕。与此同时，由于金融危机的影响，主要资本主义国家实行“再工业化”，势必也会重构国际分工格局。近日，2015年4月份汇丰中国制造业采购经理人指数发布，显示中国制造业再创今年新低。中国制造业已陷入了前狼后虎的“窘境”。本文分析了我国制造型企业“走出去”理论基础及其动因、探讨了我国制造型企业“走出去”所面对的风险。考虑到我国跨国公司国际化经营阶段，针对性的剖析“走出去”的制度风险、经营风险和文化风险，并在此基础上提出规避策略。 关键词：跨国公司；“走出去”；风险；风险规避； ABSTRACT Faced with international division of labor deepening and economic globalization, economic resources are beening deployed massively and freely on a global scale, owning to the differences in factor proportion, such as market and resources, between different countries. After 30 years of rapid growth, Chinas manufacturing industry also set sail in this wave. However, after the international financial crisis, the world economy with profound transformative power may make Chinas manufacturing multinational companies’ going out risky. On the one hand, some countries in Southeast Asia, are taking advantage of the countrys labor cost advantage, and gradually erode the cake of manufacturing industry. On the other hand, because of the financial crisis, some capitalist countries implement the policy of re-industrialization and this will certain to reconstruct international division of labor inevitably. Recently, the HSBC China issued China Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index in April which shows that Chinas manufacturing performance monthly to its lowest level for over a year. Chinas manufacturing industry has been plunged into a dilemma. This paper analyzes the Chinas manufacturing enterprises going out theoretical basis, motivation and it’s risk. Considering the stage of Chinas manufacturing multinational companies, we focus on system risk, operational risk and cultural risk, and on this basis, propose countermeasures.
