摘 要 用计算机管理的物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的从事各项物业管理业务工作而开发的管理软件，该软件具有一定的社会和经济效益，对规范小区管理业务，提高管理水平和效益具有重要意义。 本系统使用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic等开发工具，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面简要介绍了制作过程，程序的编写，添加最后的过程。:物业管理数据库 Abstract The estate management system , which is management software with computer, is for the plot estate manager and the plot user better engaged estate management work to develop, this software has certain society and the economic efficiency and important meaning for normalizing plot estate management business and raising level of management and benefit . I develop the system, useing the development tools such as Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2003 database of Microsoft company , according to estate managements present situation and users demand. It develops two respects of main development, including setting-up and maintenance of backstage supporter’s database and front application program. The backstage supporter’s database includes founding the estate management’s base infromation; and the front application program includes the charge management, The fire prevention, the security, maintains cleanliness , the parking lot management, the inhabitant sue management , equipment service management . as well as stock and shipment management; Wages maintenance, statistics, functions and so on . This text has also introduced the making course of the form riefly , the writing of the procedure , add , the last course of pack. In addition, this system has many deficiencies, Will wait for later continuing to consummate.
