MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能：
Promise equipments system work safely.
保证所属设备系统的安全运行。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 责任概要：
Lead the associates to complete work sheets and do maintain work everyday.
带领员工完成工单和日常维修保养工作。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：
1. Responsible for maintenance of whole guest rooms, restaurant, public area (the decoration,
furniture, carpet, tile, marble, wallpaper, road.) and building.
负责全酒店客房、餐厅和公共区域（包括装饰品、家俱、地毯、地砖、大理石、墙纸、道
路）和建筑物的维修保养。
2. Responsible for face-lifting for the guest room, restaurant and public area.
负责客房、餐厅、公共区域装修的翻新。
3. Responsible for making wooden vessel, furniture etc. new product.
负责制作木器，家俱等新品。
4. Help department manage external construction team.
协助部门现场管理外来装饰施工队。
5. Establish a perfect maintain plan.
制订完善的保养计划。
6. Strengthen to carry out storage and preventive measure of easy burn and explode chemicals
(such as paint, dilution, pigment etc)
加强落实易燃易爆化学物品（如油漆、稀释剂、颜料等）的保管和防范措施。
7. Help duty engineer to keep all the things work well.
协助当值工程师保证大楼保持正常运行。
8. Responsible for completion of work sheet and quality of construction, and return result of work
sheet actual condition of construction to duty engineer in time.
对工单的完成和施工质量负责，并及时向当值工程师返回工单处理结果及施况。
9. Cooperate with engineer to draw up maintain and make plan of purchasing spare parts.
配合工程师制定维修保养和备品备件订购计划。
10. Carry out maintain plan completely, do maintenance of day, month, quarter, year a work well,
promise the equipments intact rate reaches to 95% and above.
不折不扣执行保养计划，做好日、月、季、年度的保养工作，保证设备完好率达95％以上。
