本 科 生 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 浅析我国中小企业融资难问题 学 生 姓 名： 乔雪 学 号： 2008031235 学 院： 经济学院 专 业： 经济学 指 导 教 师： 沈宏亮 2012年04月 中文摘要 随着社会经济的发展，中小企业逐渐成为经济发展的重要组成部分，对于增加就业、促进经济发展、提高人民的生活水平、保障社会安定等方面有着重要意义。怎样才能合理利用融资渠道、建立完善的融资体系，以便利于中小企业的发展，从而促进社会经济的发展，值得深入探究。我国中小企业起步晚，发展缓慢，近来融资难成为制约其发展的突出问题。日本被称为“中小企业之国”，中小企业所占比率极高，中小企业的发展也曾一度陷入低谷，融资问题成为制约其发展的重要因素，然而经过体制创新，中小企业融资问题得到了有效解决。本文通过分析我国中小企业融资存在的问题，并借鉴日本支持中小企业融资的成功经验，为中国仍处于低谷的中小企业融资问题提供改革建议。 关键词：中小企业 融资 日本经验 Abstract As social and economic development, SMEs?gradually become?an important part?of?economic development,and?plays an increasingly important role in?increasing employment, promoting economic development?and improve?peoples living standards,and?safeguard?social stability?is of great significance.How to use the?financing?to solve?the?financial problems?of?SMEs,is to guide?the?key?to?SMEs?healthy and vigorous?development.
