中文摘要 标题：中小城市交通规划中存在的问题 摘要：为了应对国际经济危机，转变以出口为主的拉动经济增长的模式，中央在全国经济工作会议上提出要加快中小城镇的发展，以此为依托拉动内需。之后在全国各地以多种形式开展的建设工作极大的推动了中国的城市化进程，然而许多困难与矛盾也由此显现，比如因为规划不合理而导致的大城市交通臃肿和公共资源紧缺等等。所以，这次我们也准备以交通系统为切入点，从人口学、地理学、社会学、经济学各方面，以昌邑城区及开发区的交通系统规划与建设为实例分析城市规划改建过程中遭遇的常见问题和解决方法，力求对城市规划科学有一个全面而正确的认识。 2014年11月，《关于调整城市规模划分标准的通知》公布了新的城市规模划分标准。依据这一标准，城市人口50万以下的为小城市，其中20万以上50万以下的城市为Ⅰ型小城市，20万以下的城市为Ⅱ型小城市；城市人口50万～100万的为中等城市。这与《中国中小城市发展报告（2010）》提出的标准基本一致。①需要注意的是，本研究所指的中小城市，不是建制市的概念，不仅包含常住人口100万以下的建制市市区，也包括未成为建制市的县及县级以上行政区划的中心城镇。 关键词：城市化、中小城市范围、交通规划、交通功能 ABSTRACT TITLE: Problems of small and medium-sized city traffic planning ABSTRACT:In response to the global economic crisis, the transformation of the export-oriented economy growth pattern, the central economic work conference throughout the country to speed up the development of small towns, to rely on stimulating domestic demand.
