摘 要 PL-1200立式冲击破碎机是一种结构轻巧、效率高的立式冲击破碎机，适用于各种矿物的研磨与细碎，特别对中硬、特硬以及腐蚀性材料比其他类型的破碎机更具有优越性。主要由进料斗、分料装置、转子、涡动破碎腔、机架、驱动装置等组成。具有径向发射通道的转子在涡动破碎腔内高速旋转，转子径向发射通道和破碎腔内都可以形成驻留物料，形成物料衬层，物料进入破碎机后，经过分料装置后，在转子中被加速后高速发射出去，从而形成连续的物料幕，在涡动破碎腔内自行撞击与磨碎，一块物料在破碎腔内会进行多次撞击，保证了破碎效果。破碎后的物料从机架两侧的排料通道连续不断的排出，因为破碎过程中进行的是物料之间的碰撞与研磨，此过程中无金属磨损。此破碎机目前在人工砂的制作工艺中得到了广泛使用。 关键词：立式冲击破碎机；涡动破碎腔；转子；石打石 ABSTRACT PL-1200 vertical lash crusher is a kind of light-structured and efficient machine, which can be applied to grind and comminute all kinds of minerals. Compared with other kinds of crusher, it is more proficient at grinding minerals, especially that of the secondary-solidity, special-grade solidity and caustic ones. It is mainly composed of bunker, stuff-dividing apparatus, rotor, whirlpool move tattering cavity, structure and driving apparatus. The whole working process can be described as follows: the rotor with radial-directional tunnel spin at a high speed in the whirlpool move tattering cavity, then remaining materials which can be made in the launching tunnel of rotor and tattering cavity develop into material-lining layer; the following step is that the materials launched out at a high speed come into crusher develop into consecutive downfall of stuff; at last, having been collided and comminuted in the whirlpool move tattering cavity for many times, the minerals can be grand fully. The grand-stuff can be excavated continually from the pumping-tunnel of the structure. Because the whole process is carried out between the materials, there is no metal erosions. So far, this machine is widely adopted in the technology of hand-made sand.
