试论农村留守儿童的犯罪问题 ——以运城市周家坡村为例 摘要：伴随着中国社会主义城市化建设进程的加快，越来越多的农村剩余劳动力进入我国各大中小城市谋生。但是由于经济、生活条件等多方面的原因的限制，绝大多数到城市谋生的务工人员的子女不能随父母进入城市生活，而被留在农村，形成了一个特殊的群体——“留守儿童”。目前，我国农村“留守儿童”已经形成一个庞大的群体，而且农村留守儿童数量还在逐年增加。由于家庭教育的缺位或者失当、学校德育工作滞后或缺失、社会不良环境的催化和留守儿童自身的缺陷致使这些留守儿童成为犯罪违法的高危人群，这一问题近年来已经呈严重化发展趋势，而社会并未对此问题给予足够的关注。针对近年来“留守儿童”犯罪的现状，我从经济、法律法规及相关制度、教育和社会环境等角度对运城市周家坡村农村“留守儿童”的犯罪问题进行分析。 关键词：留守儿童 犯罪 农村 Discussion on Rural Left-behind Children s Crime Problem Abstract: with Chinas Socialist City construction advancement speeding up, more and more rural surplus labor force in our country each are big in small city to make a living. But as the economy, living conditions and other aspects of the reasons for the restrictions, the vast majority of the city s workers children can not make a living with parents to enter the city life, and was to remain in rural areas, has formed a special group -- Left-behind children. At present, our country rural left-behind children have formed a set of large groups of rural left-behind children, and the number is increasing year by year. Due to the lack of family education or improper, the school moral education work lag or deletion of bad social environment, catalytic and left-behind children s own defect causing these left-behind children become the crime of illegal high-risk groups, which in recent years has been a serious trend of development, and the society did not pay enough attention to this problem. Therefore, this article is aimed at in recent years left-behind children crime present situation, from the economy, law and related laws and regulations system, education and social environment in terms of the rural left-behind children s crime problem analysis.
