摘 要 智能楼宇系统是综合计算机、信息通信等方面的最先进技术，使建筑物内的电力、空调、照明、防灾、防盗、运输设备等协调工作，实现建筑物自动化（BA）、通信自动化（CA）、办公自动化（OA）、安全保卫自动化系统（SAS）和消防自动化系统（FAS），将这5种功能结合起来的建筑，外加结构化综合布线系统（SCS），结构化综合网络系统（SNS），智能楼宇综合信息管理自动化系统（MAS），就是智能楼宇。具有良好的信息接收和反应能力，提高工作效率安全、舒适和高效便捷性具有良好的节能效果。对空调、照明等设备的有效控制，不但提供了舒适的环境，还有显著的节能效果（一般节能达15～20%）节省设备运行维护费用。一方面系统能正常运行，发挥其作用可降低机电系统的维护成本，另一方面由于系统的高度集成，操作和管理也高度集中，人员安排更合理，从而使人工成本降到最底。 Abstract Intelligent Building Management System is a comprehensive computer and information communication and other aspects of the most advanced technology to make the power, air conditioning, lighting, disaster prevention, security, transportation equipment within buildings coordination, realize of building automation (BA), Communication Automation (CA ), office automation (OA), security automation system (SAS) and the Fire Automation System (FAS), the building which combines the functions of these five kinds systems, plus structured cabling system (SCS), structure of the integrated network system (SNS ), Intelligent Building Automation System Integrated Information Management (MAS), is the intelligent buildings.
