Results: Platycodon grandiflorum in infantile cough and asthma syrup TLC identification characteristics, specificity is strong; Within the scope of hesperidin in 0.201~2.008 mg had good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9995), the average recovery of 98.2%, RSD = 1.8% Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for cough and asthma.Control the quality of the pulp.
