专科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目：基于PLC自动门控制设计 2014年6月12日 摘 要 在超市、公共建筑、银行、医院等入口，经常使用自动门控制系统。早期的自动门控制系统采用继电器逻辑控制，已逐渐被淘汰。PLC控制自动门由于具有故障率低、可靠性高、维修方便等优点，因而得到广泛的应用。由于直流电动机的调速范围宽广，调速特性平滑。直流电动机过载能力较强，热动和制动转矩较大，所以执行机构使用直流电动机. 本论文主要是对门的自动开、关控制而论。自动门控制装置系统由检测元件传感器、继电器、可编程序控制器（PLC）、电动机组成。它主要是利用热释电人体传感器检测，有无人到门口的信号，再把检测到的信号送入可编程序控制器（PLC）中，由可编程序控制器来对信号的处理，处理的最后结果用继电器输出，从而达到控制电动机的转动。又由电动机带动门的开、关。当电动机正转时，门自动打开；当电动机反转时，门自动关闭。 关键词 自动门传感器 PLC 控制程序电动机 ABSTRACT In the supermarket, public buildings, Banks, hospitals, such as entrance, often use automatic door control system. Early automatic door control system USES the relay logical control, has gradually become obsolete. PLC control automatic door with low failure rate, high reliability and convenient maintenance, thus widely used. Due to wide range of the dc motor speed control, speed control features smooth. Direct current motor overload capacity is stronger, thermal and brake torque is bigger, so use dc motor actuators. This thesis mainly is across the hall, the automatic control. Automatic door control system by detecting element photoelectric sensors, relays, programmable controller (PLC), and motor. It basically is to use the pyroelectric body photoelectric sensors, have no one to the door of the signal, and then the detected signal to the programmable controller (PLC) and the programmable controller to signal processing, processing of final results with relay output, so as to achieve the rotation of the dc motor control. And by the dc motor to drive the door open and close. When the dc motor is turned, the door automatically open; When the dc motor reversal, the door shut automatically.
