沈阳化工大学科亚学院 本科毕业论文 题 目：浅论基于云计算的企业战略模式 专 业： 工商管理 班 级： 1102班 学生姓名： 杨瑞瑞 指导教师： 汪新宇 论文提交日期： 年 月 日 论文答辩日期： 年 月 日 摘要 近几年来，随着我国在云计算行业的相关产业的迅猛发展，云计算这一概念得到了逐步的兴起。本文首先对于云计算的相关模式进行分析，在总结梳理云计算相关理论文献资料和深入调研我国云计算商业应用模式发展现状的基础上，阐述了三种不同标准的云计算商业应用市场细分方法；得到了云计算的基本特征、云计算的核心技术以及云计算的市场前景这三个方面的内容。接下来通过对我国国内的云计算发展的现状的相关资料进行搜集和整理，并且通过SWOT分析方法，得到了我国云计算运用于产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。继而，进一步分析了云计算商业应用模式的整体框架和具体特性；最后，在上述概念因素、驱动因素、架构和特性等方面的阐述和梳理的基础之上，根据分析结果提出了企业云计算商业应用发展的总体战略构思和具体策略建议。 关键词： 云计算； 应用模式； 发展现状； 发展前景； Abstract With the rapid development of related industries in our country in the cloud computing industry, cloud computing has been gradually emerging. In summary carding cloud computing theories of literature and in-depth research and expounds the three different standards of cloud computing business application market segmentation method; the content of the three aspects of the basic characteristics of cloud computing, cloud computing as well as the core technology of cloud computing market prospects. Followed by clouds of our domestic calculation to the status of the development in collection and collation.Through the SWOT method, this paper has been in cloud computing to the advantages of industrial development, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then analysis of the mode of commercial applications of the overall framework and specific characteristics of cloud computing. Finally, in the concept factors, driving factors, structure and characteristics of the elaboration and analysis based on, according to the analysis results, the paper puts forward the enterprise cloud computing business application and development of the overall strategic conception and specific policy recommendations.
