In numerous innovative method，the former Soviet union G.S.A ltshuller the invention of the proposed theory of problem solving (TRIZ) has been widely used. TRIZ theory combine design theory and method is effective，shape design process，innovation can shorten the design cycle. In todays highly developed computer technology，computer aided innovation will organically combine multiple areas of knowledge，more help to the designer for technical innovation. Paper first introduces the definition，basic principle and basic content of TRIZ，puts forward a new system of TRIZ diagram，system diagram contains the main research content of TRIZ，and express the inner link between the research content. To the description of the image using the TRIZ the steps to solve the problem，put forward the flow chart of TRIZ solution， the flowchart allows designers to TRIZ even less familiar designer to find the methods to solve the problem faster，speed up the development of technology innovation.
