我国宅基地“有限私有制度改革”设想 摘要：宅基地制度是我国农村土地制度的重要组成部分，随着市场经济和城镇化的发展，当前的农村宅基地制度弊端丛生，主要表现为：宅基地纠纷难以解决，闲置宅基地问题，宅基地使用权流转困难等问题。本文对当前的宅基地产权制度进行了积极探索和设想，主张农村宅基地“有限私有化”，通过这种改革来适应当前农村经济社会发展的要求，解决目前宅基地制度固有的矛盾，建设社会主义新农村，构建和谐社会。 关键词：农村宅基地；土地产权制度；有限私有制度 Abstract：House-site system is an important component of the rural land system in China.
