低血糖症21例临床分析 【关键词】低血糖症 【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病低血糖症的原因及处理 方法 。方法回顾性 分析 临床诊断为低血糖症病例21例患者的原因。结果本组21例低血糖症,因口服降糖药不当的12例, 应用 胰岛素不当的8例,1例后经检查排除糖尿病。结论低血糖症是临床常见病,病因多样,应全面分析及时处理。 【关键词】低血糖症；糖尿病；降糖药 低血糖症(hypoglycemia)是因为血糖水平低于正常范围以下后出现的临床综合征，主要表现为神经组织缺糖引起的，包括神经源性(自主神经)症状。如肌肉颤抖、心悸、焦虑、出汗、饥饿感、皮肤感觉异常等神经组织糖缺乏症状。严重者出现神志改变、性格变化、虚弱、乏力、意识障碍、抽搐、昏迷等［1］，病因多种，发病机制复杂。成人血糖低于/L(50mg/dl)可认为血糖过低，但是否出现症状个体差异很大。本文收集了我院自XX年1月以来资料记载完整的低血糖症病例21例，进行综合分析， 总结 其临床特点及病因，以期提高对该病的认识。 　　1资料与方法 As can be seen, bus number of deaths and injuries that occurred was rail transit (RRT) of 1.7 times, number of motor vehicle deaths and injuries is 1.9 times.
