摘 要 建筑工程质量管理是指为保证和提高工程质量，运用一整套质量管理体系、手段和方法所进行的系统管理活动。工程质量好与坏，是一个根本性的问题。工程项目建设，投资大，建成及使用时期长，只有合乎质量标准，才能投入生产和交付使用，发挥投资效益，结合专业技术、经营管理和数理统计，满足社会需要。运用一整套质量管理体系、手段和方法所进行的系统管理活动。Construction Quality management is to ensure and improve project quality, the use of a set of quality management systems, tools and methods carried out by the system management activities. Project quality good or bad, is a fundamental problem. Construction projects require large investment to build and use a long time, and only in line with quality standards, in order to put into production and delivered to play investment returns, combined with technical expertise, business management and mathematical statistics, to meet social needs. Many countries in the world of engineering quality requirements, there is a set of strict supervision and inspection methods.
