Pop Music on Modern Music Education Abstract: The advent of pop music, mixture of modern human culture, many technical and artistic achievements, is inevitable in the history of musical development, providing a rich means of artistic expression. With the development of the times, its closer than the serious and emotional lives of people in the world, students like pop music this is not surprising. Facing with this situation, a music teacher for continuation of traditional music and cultural considerations, would naturally content their own values, aesthetic and so pass to the students in the class .So they would be usually too faithful to classical music pedestal, and seem the popular Music worthless. The development of our times, our music culture is also constantly changing, the students is very interesting in a new musical forms, music value and strong aesthetic preference, so there are some differences between the teacher and the students.
