华北理工大学迁安学院 毕业论文 学 号 201243000101 系、班级 冶金与材料系 姓 名 崔晓健 论文题目 炼铁工艺流程简介 指导教师 冯 磊 日 期 2015年4月 摘 要 钢铁工业是国民经济的基础工业，钢铁产品在各类原料中的应用最为广泛。当今世界的文化和经济的发展与钢铁生产有着非常密切的关系，他对国家工业化和国防现代化建设具有举足轻重的作用。 钢铁工业对国民经济的发展之所以如此重要，其主要原因是钢铁材料具有良好的物理性能和化学性能。我国是世界上最早用铁的国家之一。我国古代冶炼技术有着辉煌的历史。现代炼铁是钢铁生产中的重要环节，这种发展是由古代竖炉炼铁发展改进而来的。尽管世界各国发展了许多新的炼铁方法，但由于高炉炼铁技术经济指标良好，工艺简单，生产量大，劳动生茶效率高，能耗低，这种方法生产的铁仍占世界铁总产量的95%以上。 20世纪90年代我国炼铁工业取得了巨大成绩，高炉大型化和装备水平取得重大进展，新建和大修高炉采用铜冷却壁，球墨铸铁冷却壁和钢冷却壁，采用节能节水的软水密闭循环冷却，高炉操作现已进入分阶段实现计算机智能控制和专家系统。 关键词：钢铁产业; 竞争力 ;资源 ;策略 Introduction to the ironmaking process ABSTRACT Iron and steel industry is the basic industry of national economy, iron and steel products in all kinds of raw materials, the application of the most widely.
