校 园 超 市 管 理 系 统 分 析 与 设 计 制作人：万志强2013220101005、严涵2013220101、徐佩珂2013220101004 时间：2014年11月25日 摘 要 随着校园超市商品的大量增加，其管理难度越来越大。在计算机技术飞速发展的今天，将计算机这一信息处理利器应用于超市的日常管理已是势所必然，于是，超市信息管理系统便应运而生。 论文描述了超市信息管理系统的设计与开发，主要完成如下工作：对该系统进行背景及国内外研究现状的分析。同时为了实现该系统，学习系统涉及的关键技术，如 C/S 三层模式架构、.Net 开发平台技术、数据库访问技术等。而在系统分析与设计中，详细分析系统的需求，提炼出系统的五个功能模块——基本档案管理模块、采购管理模块、销售管理模块、库存管理模块和系统维护模块，定义各模块的功能，绘制出各模块的用例图和活动图，并使用 Power Designer 设计数据库。最后系统实现与测试时，在系统分析与设计的基础上，使用 C#语言开发该系统，而系统的测试以黑盒测试为主，重点放在系统功能实现方面。 该系统的实现为超市管理带来前所未有的改变，同时为企业带来意想不到的经济效益和社会效益，这主要体现在以下几个方面：极大的提高了超市工作人员的工作效率，避免了以往入出存流程繁琐、杂乱、周期长的弊端；超市管理实现了操作自动化和信息电子化，全面提高了超市的管理水平；基于超市管理的全面自动化，可以大大减少入库管理、出库管理及库存管理中的漏洞，可以节约大量管理开支，增加企业的收入。 关键词：C/S 模式，超市采购，信息管理，.Net 开发平台 Abstract With the increasing of the supermarket product, it is more and more difficult to supermarket management. With the rapid development of computer technology, it is the trend to use information technology to deal with supermarket daily management. So purchase, Sales and Inventory Management System emerge as the times require. The thesis describes how to design and develop supermarket purchasing management system .The main job is to analyze the system background and the current situation of research at home and abroad. Besides, to achieve the system, I learn the related key technology,such as C/S three-tier mode architecture,.Net development platform,database access technology. However ,during the analysis and develop of the system ,because of the need of system function analysis ,it raise an opinion that include Basic file management module,purchasing management module,sales management module,stock management module and system maintenance module.It also defines each module’s function, draw Use Case Diagram and the Activity Diagram and use the Power Designer to design database.
