摘要 东风零部件有限公司是中国规模最大的汽车零部件供应商之一，专业从事汽车零部件产品的研发、采购、制造、销售以及货物进出口、技术进出口、技术转让、技术咨询、投资管理等业务。但该公司的人事管理系统却有一些待完善的地方，例如请假、培训等等管理操作都是手工或者人员面对面完成的。公司人力资源管理系统的设计，是以帮助公司实现企业员工管理办公自动化，节约管理成本，提高工作效率。 本文介绍了在SAP ABAP中环境中使用“自上而下总体规划，从下往上的应用开发”的策略开发一个管理信息系统的过程。通过对员工管理的弊端，并创造了一套计算机程序来有效的员工管理的方案。本文介绍了员工管理信息系统的系统分析部分，包括可行性分析，业务流程分析;系统设计部分主要介绍了系统功能设计和数据库设计和代码设计;该系统实现部分说明了几个主要模块，该系统界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。 关键词：ABAP 、人力资源、管理信息系统。 Abstract Dongfeng Motor Parts and Components Co.Ltd is one of Chinas largest auto parts supplier, specializing in auto parts product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and export goods, technology import and export, technology transfer, technical advice and investment management business.
