浅谈Rappaport模型在企业价值评估中的运用. 【摘要】随着我国经济的日益发展、投资者理财观念的升级、并购交易的频繁，在企业并购过程中，并购者对于正确评估企业价值的需求越来越强烈。本文正是试图通过对案例进行分析，对著名的Rappaport模型在企业价值评估中的运用进行研究，探寻该模型的可行性，并希望能提出建议，使之更适合我国市场的需要。 本文的研究结论对于正确评估企业价值，有着很好的借鉴和参考价值，以此不同程度的满足市场上各参与者的需求。 关键词：Rappaport模型；价值评估；折现率 The application of Rappaport Model in value evaluation Abstract As the development of our economy, the escalation of investorsrsquo; financing notion and the frequency of merging, the demands of accurately predicting the value of the firm become stronger and stronger. This dissertation tries to study the Rappaport model, which is a famous model, finds the advantage of the model, and wants to give some suggestion to improve the model so that the model can be more suitable in Chinarsquo;s market. This conclusion is helpful for the calculation of the value of the firm, and then meets the requirements of market participators more or less.
