Managing the results of the different format of orienteering by the computer, we can greatly improve the efficiency of management of the orienteering competition. In this thesis we mainly introduce the meaning and design process of the study of strategic management system. By modeling the database, we design the frame of database in the SQL Server 2000, and finish function of the game result management, statistics query, announcement management, personal information management, personal information registration etc, by using the c#.net technology of VS 2008 platform. System friendly interface, easy operation, flexible expandability, various basic functional requirements and performance requirements reached the needs of users.
