本科毕业设计（论文） ( 2016 届 ) 题 目：上市银行股权激励的绩效分析 系 别：金融系 专 业：金融学（银行与国际金融） 学生姓名：xx学号指导教师：xx职称：讲师 完成时间：2016 年3 月 30 日 成 绩： 上市银行股权激励的绩效分析 摘要：股权激励作为一种长期的并且旨在有效提升企业经营业绩的激励手段，如今已经在国外上市企业中得到普遍应用。而我国一些企业也在上世纪90年代开始尝试这种全新的经营管理模式，如今它在国内已经越来越受到重视，不仅有众多理论上的探讨和成果，而且有《公司法》等法律法规为它铺平道路。本文以交通银行为主要研究对象的同时，结合其他八家国内上市银行通过横向和纵向对比研究，分析了股权激励对交通银行绩效的影响，实证结果表明，股权激励对交通银行的经营业绩并没有实质上的影响。根据分析结果，本文再结合宏观经济形势和交通银行自身的情况，对银行今后成熟的股权激励的实现提出了一些建议。 关键词：上市银行；银行管理层；股权激励；经营绩效 Performance analysis of listed banks incentive stock options Abstract：As a long-term equity incentive and means to effectively enhance business performance incentives, it has now been widely used in foreign listed companies. The 90s of the last century, a number of companies are trying this new management model, and now it has been in the country more and more attention, not only there are many theoretical discussions and results, and the Company Law and other laws and regulations paving the way for it. In this paper, Bank of Communications as the main object at the same time, combined with eight other domestic listed banks by transverse and longitudinal comparative study, analysis of the equity incentive effect on the Banks performance, empirical results show that equity incentives for the Banks operating results did not substantially affected. According to the analysis, this paper combined with the macroeconomic situation and the Banks own situation, the future of the bank of mature equity incentive to achieve a number of recommendations.
