【中文摘要】我国在20世纪80、90年代修建了大量的水泥混凝土路面,但是在环境和车辆荷载的长期作用下,很多路面都出现了不同程度的损坏。目前主要采用的维修方式是在旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青混合料罩面层,这种措施能有效地改进旧水泥混凝土路面的使用性能,并且工期较短,但是这种路面形式上下两层的材料性能差异很大,和普通沥青路面有很大区别,加之目前也没有较成熟的设计方法,使得有些路面在加铺后出现了早期损坏。本文结合实际,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,基于荷载、沥青面层厚度与模量、应力吸收层厚度与模量、旧水泥混凝土板厚度与模量、基础层模量等8个影响路面结构的参变量,对旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层的路面结构进行建模计算分析。模型的分析中,采用3水平正交试验,以各层底面拉应力和基础层顶面压应力作为考核指标,得到了在各个考核指标下的因素优水平与其对考核指标影响的显著性。根据工程实际,放大8个因素的取值范围,并针对路面结构力学性能指标,分析了8个因素对各层底面拉应力、基础层顶面压应力、路表弯沉和沥青面层底面剪应力的影响规律。研究结果表明,旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层关键要严格控制车辆超载,同时沥青面层厚度宜大于15cm,旧水泥混凝土板厚度宜大于20cm、模量宜小于25GPa,应力吸收层厚度宜大于3cm。
【英文摘要】In 1980s and 1990s, a large number of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavements were built, but many of them got damaged in different degrees due to the effects of long-term environment and vehicle loadings effect. The current maintenance approach mainly applied is to pave asphalt layer over existing PCC pavement, which is effective in improving the road performance of old PCC pavement, and also can shorten erection time. However, there is a big difference of materials between the upper lift and the lower lift for this kind of layered combination and different with ordinary asphalt pavement as well. So currently, there is no very appropriate design method to control the early damage for this overlay design.With practice, adopted the Finite Element Method (FEM) software ABAQUS and based on the 8 factors influenced pavement structure as load, depth and modulus of the asphalt lift and the stress absorbing lift as well as the old PCC pavement, modulus of base lift, the pavement structure of asphalt surface over existing PCC pavement was modeling and analyzed. In modeling, three levels orthogonal test was conducted to discuss which level was the best and which factor was the most significant under the indicators of the tensile stress and compressive stress on the bottom of each layer and on the top of base layer respectively.
