T: Play a video of the Weifang Kite Festival 2. Ask some questions about it. e.g. 1. Do you know what festival is it? It’s Wei Fang International Kite Festival. 2. Do you like flying kites? What kind of kites do you have? Let some Ss talk about it. Step IV. Listing Work on 1a 1. Do you know how to fly a kite? What are kites made of? Write down some materials used in making kites. 2.
