温州大学瓯江学院 WENZHOU UNIVERSITY OUJIANG COLLEGE 本科毕业设计（论文） ( 06届 ) 题 目：80后基层领导者素质特征及其修养研究 专 业： 行政管理 班 级： 06行管本二班 姓 名： 管敏丹 学 号： 0630115518 指导教师： 陈国治 职 称： 教授 完成日期： 80后基层领导者素质特征及其修养研究 摘要：全面贯彻党的十七大精神，实现全面建设社会主义的奋斗目标，开创中国特色社会主义新局面，关键在于各级领导干部带头努力，率先垂范。与此同时，现代社会的建设发展也离不开基层的群众。而相对与其他干部群体，基层的领导者是最直接面对广大群众的干部群体。他们的素质高低，作风优劣，直接关系基层经济发展与社会进步，关系党的形象，体现党的凝聚力与战斗力。因此，广大青年基层领导干部担负着承前启后、继往开来的使命，必须身体力行，争做表率。本文将结合实际，从阐述80后基层领导者素质特征及修养入手，通过分析80后基层领导者素养的现状及反映的问题，提出改善领导者素质修养的对策与建议。 关键词：80后；基层领导者；素质特征；修养 Abstract: To Carry out the guiding principles of the Seventeenth Congress of the Commust Party; to achieve the goal of building socialism, to create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese Characteristic, all these lie on the efforts and exemplay role of the leading cadres at various levels. At the same time, the construction and development of the modern society is connected with the grass root level. In contrast with other leaders, basic leaders dirctly face to the public. The level of their quality, style strengths and weaknesses, direct grass-roots economic development and social progress, and the partys image, reflecting the partys cohesion and combat effectiveness. Therefore , the majority of young cadres of grassroots leadership take on the mission of the inheriting the past and forging ahead into the future, they have to strive for the models in practic action. This article expound the quality and self-cultivation of the basic leaders born after 1980 in five parts. It also point out the proposals of the improving all the leaders quality and self-cultivation through analyzing the quality and problem of current basic leaders who born after 1980.
