土木工程毕业设计计算书 院 系： 城市建设学院 指导老师： 邹 清 学生姓名： 彭 淼 完成日期： 2014-4-27 摘 要 本毕业设计题目是孝感市第一高级中学教学楼五层钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，该教学楼的总建筑面积大约是4571.84平方米，共五层，底层层高为3.9m，标准层层高为3.6m。本建筑采用钢筋混凝土全现浇框架结构体系。基础采用柱下独立基础。 本设计内容包括建筑设计、结构手算和两部分。其中建筑设计主要根据建筑的重要性，工程地质勘查报告，建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构。 手算部分计算书的主要内容有工程概况、构件尺寸的初步确定、框架的计算简图、荷载计算、框架横向侧移计算、框架在水平风载、竖向荷载作用下的内力计算分析和计算、内力组合、截面设计、楼梯设计及基础设计。其中计算水平地震力作用下时采用极限状态设计方法。在梁柱截面设计时要采用“强柱弱梁”原则。 在设计过程中采用了手算和电算两种方式，对计算结果进行校核，及时发现设计 中的错误以及与电算不同的部分，找出原因。 关键词：毕业设计，教学楼，框架结构，内力组合，截面设计 ABSTRACT The graduation design topic is the five floor’s reinforced concrete frame of the No. 1 middle school in Xiaogan City. The total construction area of the teaching building is about 4571.84 square meters ,it has five floors , the height of the bottom floor is 3.9m,the height of the standard floor is 3.6m. The building is used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame .And the building foundation is used an independent under-post foundation. The design includes architectural design, structural calculation. Architectural design bases on the importance of the building, engineering geological survey report, the type of construction sites, the height of the building and the number of the floors to determine the building’s structure, this project uses a frame structure. Hand-counted part of the calculations’ main contents include project profiles, component dimensions of the initially identified ,the framework of the structure calculation diagram ,load calculation ,calculation of the framework of horizontal lateral, the framework contained in the horizontal wind ,vertical load calculation ,analysis and calculation of internal forces ,internal force composition, cross section design, stair design and basic design. When we consider the calculation of the level of earthquake force ,we should use limit state design method. In the beam and column design ,we should obey the principle of “strong column and weak beam”. In the
