生态化技术创新：民族经济生态化的必然选择 　　【摘要】生态文明背景下，民族经济生态化是民族地区可持续发展的必然选择，而生态化技术创新是实现民族经济生态化发展的动力。生态化技术创新能够实现民族经济增长与生态文明建设的协同发展，引领民族地区经济结构的生态化重构。生态化技术创新在民族地区发展现阶段要充分发挥政府的推动作用， 构建“产、学、研、政”多元主体参与的协同体系，选择重点领域进行突破。从国家和民族地区的发展现状出发，战略性新兴产业应成为民族地区生态化技术创新发展的主要载体。 　　【关键词】生态化技术创新;民族经济;生态化;战略性新兴产业 　　【作者】郭永园，湖南大学马克思主义学院博士研究生;施瑾，法学硕士，湖南大学科技经济与社会发展研究所助理研究员。长沙，410082 　　【中图分类号】F0622【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-454X（2015）03-0150-007 　　THE ECO-TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION： 　　An Inevitable Choice of the Ecological Economy 　　in China’s Minority Areas 　　Guo Yongyuan， Shi Jin 　　Abstract： Under the background of ecological civilization， ecological economy is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development in minority areas， whereas the eco-technological innovation is rightly the driving force of it The eco-technological innovation can help to reach coordinated development between economic growth and the construction of ecological civilization as well as to lead economic reconstruction of the economic structure in minority areas The present paper suggests that role of government in promoting the eco-technological innovation should be sufficiently strengthened in the present stage of development in minority areas， the system of coordinated development combining production， education， research and governance ought to be constructed， key fields should be chosen for the breakthrough Based on the contemporary situations of development of both the state and the minority areas， the emerging strategic industries should become the main carrier of the development of the eco-technological innovation in minority areas 　　Key Words： eco-technological innovation; minority economy; ecological development; emerging strategic industries 　　民族经济既是国家经济体系中的重要组成部分，更是民族地区进行社会主义现代化建设的物质基础。由于地理区位、资源环境和历史发展等方面的影响，长期以来民族地区在全国的经济发展中处于边缘地位，无论是经济总量还是经济增长速度都与东部地区有较大的差距。而且，民族地区的经济发展还面临着脆弱的生态环境的束缚，经济发展的生态成本较高。 　　在生态文明时代背景下，生态文明要融入和统领经济建设等其他社会主义建设，实现“五位一体”的社会主义事业的协同发展。因此，民族地区的经济发展要与生态文明协同发展，即要实现民族经济的生态化发展，确保经济建设与生态建设的良性互动。民族经济生态化是以生
