From information ecology point of view, in this paper we suggest a new model, which investigates the collaborative operation mechanism and business model. This model presents a basic collaborative innovation development framework of modern information service industry cluster based on information ecology system and integration, interaction, sharing and collaboration mechanism of information man and environment. The collaborative model integrates the cash flow, logistics, business flow and value flow in the center of information flow. It enhances sharing of information and knowledge of the industrial cluster, development and utilization efficiency, value creation, and the willingness and ability of realization and sharing. An example shows that the model can provide a new reference pattern and a realization path for integrated, collaborative innovation development of?modern information service industry, and promote healthy and sustainable development of modern information service industry cluster.
