Not only keeping pace with the times, but also a series of social problems have emerged. The groups of street children has become the focus of attention and the discussion of social focus. As you know，children are a vulnerable group. But the street children are more vulnerable than normal. As the development of society, the proportion of street children is gradually increasing. They left their family or guardian to the social early. The most of them haven’t basic living allowances. And they also haven’t the right of education and other social benefits as who have some age.
