郑州市水资源演化研究 付 艳 摘 要 本文首先综述了国内外水资源可持续发展评价方法、水资源开发利用潜力、水资源演化的研究进展及最新动态。 其次，通过收集郑州市水资源资料，结合降雨量变化及人为因素对郑州市水资源扰动，分析了郑州市水资源系统，结果表明:郑州市属于资源型缺水地区。结合水资源开发利用潜力研究现状，通过理论分析和简单计算，对地表水开发利用潜力及浅层地下水开发利用潜力进行了分析，结果表明：地表水资源及浅层地下水资源开发利用，部分地区存在着超采现象，为了使水资源合理配置和利用，提出了符合郑州市水资源情况的建议。 最后，对郑州市水资源未来演变情势进行了分析。分析结果表明：由于人为因素和气候因素的影响，未来地表水资源呈衰减、年内分配不均匀趋缓、水质随时间变化呈现不同变化的趋势；未来地下水资源将会维持动态平衡，浅层地下水水质将处于稳定状态。 关键词：开发利用潜力，水资源系统，未来演变情势，动态平衡 THE RESEARCH ON THE EVOLUTION OF THE WATER RESOURCES IN ZHENGZHOU ABSTACT First,this article summarizes the sustainable development appraisal methods of the water resources,the potentiality of development andutilization of the water resources,the research progress and the newest trends of the evolution of the water resources domestically and internationally. Second,through collecting the water resources materials ofZhengzhou, combing the changing of precipitation and human factor to the water resources perturbation of Zhengzhou,having analyzed the water resources system in Zhengzhou,the result shows that Zhengzhou belongs to the resource type area lacking of water.Combing the current research situation of the potentiality of development and utilization of the waterresources,through the theoretical analysis and the simple computation,it has analyzed the potentiality of development and utilization of the surface water and the shallow layers of groundwater,the result shows that some districts have the phenomenon of exceedingly adopting for the development and utilization of the surface water resources and the shallow layers of groundwater resources,in order to enable the water resources to be distributed and used rationally,it has offered some suggestions which conform to the water resources situation in Zhengzhou. Finally,it analyzes the situation of developing in the future of the water resources in Zhengzhou.The analysis results show that because of the influence of human factor and climate,the water resources in the earths surface is decaying,the disparity
