江苏XX大学本 科 毕 业 论 文（设计）学 院 专 业 学生姓名 班级学号 指导教师 二 零XX年零X 月江苏XX大学本科毕业论文集团公司财务控制模式探讨The Discussion of Group Company’s Financial Control Model集团公司财务控制模式探讨摘要集团公司财务控制模式是集团母公司为了实现集团公司财务价值的最大化，加强自身的财务控制力，通过控制资本等手段，对子公司进行财务控制的标准式样。本文在探讨了集团公司财务控制理论的基础上，详细论述了集团公司集权、分权以及混三种传统的财务控制模式，发现对于中国的集团公司来说，混合式财务控制模式是比较理想的。随后，细致深入地研究了混合式财务控制模式存在的问题，并结合“米格—25效应”等管理定律提出了增加财务控制透明度、将财务部门和会计部门平行设计等改进对策。这一切，旨在为我国的集团公司的财务控制模式的选择提供一些参考和借鉴。关键词：集团公司；财务控制；模式；改进The Discussion of Group Company’s Financial Control ModelAbstractThe group companys financial control mode is the style in which the parent company of the group in order to achieve the maximization of the value of group company finance affairs, strengthen its financial control, through the control of capital and other means,put the subsidiary company financial control in the standard style. In this paper,on basis of the group companys financial control theory, I discuss the group’s three kinds of traditional financial control pattern,that is centralization , decentralization and mixing control model.And founding that for the Chinese group company, mixed type financial control mode is ideal. Subsequently, it’s the detailed and in-depth research of the hybrid model of financial control existence question, and then with the combination of MiG - 25effect management law and so on ,I put forward some improvement countermeasures ,such as the increasing of the transparency of financial control, the finance department and accounting department parallel design ,and so on.
