摘要：随着我国加入WTO和我国经济的进一步发展，我国参与国际贸易和国际金融的深度逐步拓展，对我国的人民币汇率形成机制相关研究逐渐进入了人们的关注中。已有的研究能够证明，人民币汇率的形成机制和我国的汇率制度选择有很大的联系。随着近些年国家的稳定发展和持续进步，国家进行的经济改革对人民币汇率形式改善有了一定的促进。但是这样的汇率机制中依然存在一些问题，这些问题对我国的人民币作用发展和国家国际贸易过程有一定的影响，有待于进一步研究。本文的研究重点对人民币汇率的形成机制进行分析，从背景出发，对当前现状进行介绍，之后具体分析了当前人民币汇率形成机制存在的问题，然后针对已经找到的问题提出了相应的建议。以图能够促进这一问题在我国的进一步发展和改善，为业内的研究和应用者提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：人民币；汇率；形成机制；研究 Abstract：With Chinas accession to the WTO and the further development of Chinas economy , the depth of Chinas participation in international trade and the gradual expansion of the international financial mechanisms related research on China s RMB exchange rate gradually entered the peoples attention . Previous studies can prove that the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and the choice of exchange rate regime has a great touch. With the steady development of the country and the continued progress in recent years, countries in economic reforms to improve the RMB exchange rate in the form of a certain promotion. But this is still the exchange rate mechanism , there are some issues that have an impact on China s renminbi role in international trade and national development process , needs further study. This study focuses on the formation mechanism of the RMB exchange rate is analyzed from the background, describes the current status quo , after detailed analysis of the current issues of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism exists , then the problem has been found for the proposed recommendations accordingly. Figure can contribute to the further development and improvement of this problem in our country , to provide reference for the industry and the users of research . Keywords: CNY rate ; formation; mechanism ; research  一、引言 1、研究背景 随着2005年我国执行的人民币汇率改革，我国的人民币汇率不再跟美元挂钩，而是以市场的供求关系为导向，参考相应的数据信息进行调节，在相关部门的管理下进行相应的浮动，产生了一定的弹性空间。这不仅是新时期我国国家发展的需要，是我国国际地位提升的必然过程，也是我国人民币历史上的重要变革。 2005年7月21日，人民币汇率形成机制改革显著增加了汇率的灵活性，我国不断推进人民币汇率形成机制改革措施正在陆续出台，其中包括银行间即期外汇扩张外汇市场非美元货币对人民币交易价格与美元兑人民币浮动区间的即期外汇市场交易价的浮动幅度;引入询价交易和做市商制度，根据中国外汇交易中
