金融脱媒的现状与商业银行对策分析 摘 要 任何国家在市场化的发展过程中必然会遇到金融脱媒现象。由于我国金融市场的不断发展，金融脱媒现象的凸显使在我国作为间接金融主要媒介的商业银行融资中介作用被削弱，传统业务受到严峻的挑战。本文通过对金融脱媒的含义进行分析，针对我国金融脱媒的具体情况，结合数据对我国面临的金融脱媒进行度量，探讨了金融脱媒对我国商业银行中间业务、商业银行的金融创新和大额度存款业务、同业存款发展的积极影响以及给我国商业银行存款、贷款、盈利格局带来的消极影响。为合理应对金融脱媒带来的机遇与挑战，商业银行亟需规划出一些新的对策，在金融脱媒的市场条件下调整其经营管理。 关键词：金融脱媒 商业银行 对策 Financial disintermediation and commercial banking transformation analysis of the status quo Abstract Any implementation of market -oriented country in the process of development will inevitably encounter financial disintermediation .
