摘要 对于汽车而言,发动机无疑是其最关键的核心所在，而在发动机中，连杆在发动机动力传递过程中起到不可或缺的作用；作为发动机的重要零件之一,连杆在工作时所处工况极其恶劣,高频的摆动会使杆身发生形变,同时连杆需要长期承受来自气缸的爆发冲击载荷以及交变载荷,因此,连杆在使用过程中易出现零部件杆身拉断、接触疲劳等失效形式；因此，为了将连杆失效的几率降低，则需要从连杆的结构设计、有限元分析以及试制加工三方面入手，保证连杆的设计以及加工的合理性，以最大限度的保证整车的可靠性。 关键词：连杆；CAD；有限元；工艺 Abstract Automobile engine connecting rod is one of the most important parts of the engine, the engine power performance and reliability plays an important role; As one of the important parts of engine, connecting rod with very bad working condition of work place, high-frequency oscillation can make the shaft deformation occurs, and the
